There are nine unique sites, varying in size from 87 hectares to 327 hectares, spread over 1,660 hectares. The Reserve is located 17km south of West Wyalong, and lies adjacent to the existing South West Woodland Nature Reserve.
The Reserve is accessed through council maintained roads.

The largest of the lots, Treecreeper is home to the property's original cottage, a number of sheds and five dams.
